FAQs
What is Closet Collective?
Closet Collective is a curated resale + rental marketplace where thrifters, independent sellers, vintage lovers, and local creatives can showcase their pieces inside our boutique. Each seller rents their own “closet” — a personalized space to display clothing, shoes, accessories, and more. We offer a warm, stylish environment with on-site staff, fitting rooms, and a mini content studio to help you promote your collection.
We believe in sustainable fashion, community, and making resale feel elevated and exciting.
What makes Closet Collective different from traditional consignment shops?
At Closet Collective, you control your pricing, you curate your own closet, and your items stay grouped together — not mixed in with everyone else’s.
You earn 65% cash or 70% store credit, and get access to:
a dedicated display space
staff support
marketing features
a content studio
and a community of local sellers
How do I know what I am buying is authentic?
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that the items they sell are authentic. Closet Collective does not independently authenticate items. We encourage buyers to review items carefully before making a purchase.
How do I rent a closet?
All bookings are made online through our Closet Collective booking portal.
What can I sell?
